Let's Check Your Google Business Profile
1.Search for "My Business" on Google
While logged in with your administrator account, type "My Business" into the Google search bar.
(Note: Although the service name has officially changed to "Business Profile," searching for this specific keyword remains the most reliable way to access the management dashboard.)
2.Verify That the Management Panel Appears
If a management menu labeled "Your business" appears at the very top of the search results, you have successfully completed this step.
If It Does Not Appear (or Cannot Be Verified):
・Check the icon in the top-right corner to ensure you are logged in with the specific Google account that holds management permissions; then, perform the search again.
・If it still does not appear, try searching by directly entering the full business name (store or company name).
If that still doesn't work

STEP 2：具体的な進め方
状況に合わせて以下の操作を行います。

Googleアカウントでログイン： お店用（またはご自身）のGoogleアカウントでログインします。
管理を開始： パターンAなら「ビジネスオーナーですか？」をクリック。パターンCなら Googleビジネスプロフィール にアクセスして「今すぐ管理」を押します。
情報を入力： 店名、住所、電話番号、業種などを正しく入力します。
オーナー確認（最重要）： * 入力が終わると「オーナー確認」を求められます。
電話・SMS・メール・ハガキ・動画などの方法が提示されるので、一番楽なものを選んでください（最近は「動画で店舗を撮影して送る」という方法が主流です）。
この確認が完了して初めて、システム連携ができるようになります。
【すでに誰かが管理している場合（パターンB）】
権限のリクエスト： 「ビジネスオーナーですか？」をクリックすると、「別のユーザーが管理しています」と出ます。
リクエスト送信： その画面から現在のオーナーへ「管理権限をください」というメールを送れます。
承認待ち： 相手が承認すれば完了です。相手が誰かわからない場合、3〜7日経っても反応がなければGoogleが強制的に権限を移行させてくれる仕組みもあります。

→ Your business is not yet registered with Google. You need to create a new listing.
STEP 2: Specific Steps
Perform the following operations according to your situation.

Log in with your Google Account: Log in with your Google account for your business (or your personal account).
Start Managing: For Pattern A, click "Are you the business owner?". For Pattern C, access your Google business profile and click "Manage Now".
Enter Information: Enter your business name, address, phone number, industry, etc. correctly.
Owner Verification (Most Important): * After entering the information, you will be asked to verify ownership.
・You will be offered methods such as phone, SMS, email, postcard, and video. Choose the easiest method for you (recently, sending a video of your business is the most common method).
・Only after this verification is complete will you be able to integrate with the system.
【If Someone is Already Managing (Pattern B)】
・Request Permissions: Clicking "Are you the business owner?" will display "Another user is managing this."
・Send Request: From that screen, you can send an email to the current owner requesting "administrative permissions."
・Pending Approval: The process is complete once the other party approves. If you don't know who the other party is, Google has a mechanism to forcibly transfer permissions if there is no response after 3-7 days.
